The AGBU Armenia's EU-funded “BRIDGE for CSOs” project is looking for website evaluation services for evaluating an existing mentorship and skill transfer Together4Armenia (https://www.together4armenia.am/) platform.

We are interested in both individual applicants as well as IT companies with specialization in web development and web platform assessment.    

Description of the Website

Together4Armenia is a free intellectual volunteering web platform that aims to bridge the gap between local initiatives with immense promise, and professionals from every corner of the Armenian community ready to invest knowledge for their success.

The platform contains personal profile pages for registered individuals and organizations, as well as designated pages for projects of such organizations. It is based on automated matching mechanism of mentors and mentees, built-in messaging system and advanced search function.

Profile pages are being generated in a pre-approved design automatically upon registration, while designated pages for projects are being generated in a pre-approved design based on informational inputs by organizations who should be able to input relevant information and create the page.

The main functionalities of the platform and database are the following:


The main objective of the evaluation is to assess the functionality of Together4Armenia web platform and to answer to the following questions:

- Is it user-friendly and automated website;

- Is the registration and account management easy;

- Is the mechanism of communication and matching between mentors and mentees effective and ensuring proper linkages and matching opportunities;

- Is the mechanism for content management of the website, including data quality control in place;

- Is the troubleshooting mechanism in place?

- Is the search and filtering mechanism functional?

Scope of work

The evaluator should perform all the necessary activities to test the platform and to prepare a report to answer to all questions presented above, as well as to define the following:

- Is the Website/platform fully operational and fully adapted (both in terms of functionality and interface design) for all major browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge, Opera, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and devices (desktop and laptop computers, tablets, mobile, etc.);

- Is the Website/platform (including the database) equipped with encryption, account protection and other data protection mechanisms (correspondence to all encryption, security and other requirements toward HTTPS);

- Does the platform adhere to UNICEF security requirements as per the website classification (Class IV system)?

- Is the underlying database of the Website set up in a manner to prevent any loss of data contained therein?

- Does the platform adhere to UNICEF’s accessibility and partnership website development guidelines?

The report should also contain recommendations for the improvement of the Website/platform and rectification of deficiencies.  


Eligible applicants must be individual-senior specialists with proven track record and solid portfolio or legal entities registered in Armenia and reputable companies with prior rich experience in the respective field;

Strong experience in web development and evaluation is required;

Advanced knowledge of website security and website hosting service is required.
