Everything changed in 2010 when an event honoring the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide was organized at Istanbul’s Taksim Square. (Say Stop to Racism and Nationalism) and IHD, a Turkish Human Rights Association. For the third consecutive year, following the commemorative events organized in Turkey on April 24, an international delegation of the representatives of these organizations also visit Armenia with the support of AGBU Europe with the aim of sharing their impressions and programs, meeting with the representatives of civil society, members of the NGOs dealing with Armenian-Turkish relations, as well as visit the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial of the Armenian Genocide.
