RA Minister of Education and Science Levon Mkrtchyan and the AGBU Armenian Virtual College Founding President Dr. Yervant Zoryan signed a Partnership Agreement, marking the launch of a joint initiative that will provide Armenian language education for refugees and asylum seekers in Armenia.
