On November 24th, the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) and LegalLab Law Boutique held a debate on Constitutional reforms in the Republic of Armenia at AGBU Armenia headquarters. The main goal of the event was to provide a platform for both parties to openly express their standing, to raise awareness of the Constitutional reforms and underscore the role and meaning of the supreme law in regulating public, political, social-economic and legal relations in the country.

The debate was moderated by Stepan Khzrtyan, Founding Partner at LegalLab Law Boutique and Director of the Center for Excellence in Negotiation. Guest speakers from opposing sides were lawyer Aram Vardevanyan and political scientist, member of “No Pasaran” civic movement Armen Grigoryan. The lively debate was followed by a Q&A session.
