DIGITAL AND DATA STRATEGIES FOR GREATER IMPACT

As Armenian philanthropy evolves, non-profits will continue to scale and demonstrate increased social impact in Armenian civil society. Using technology helps improve management, outreach and efficiency of civil society organizations. A recent needs assessment by AGBU’s Bridge for CSOs project has identified the use of information technology as one of the priority needs of Armenian nonprofits.

In this discussion, the following questions will be addressed:
1. What is a digital strategy and why is it key for success?
2. What elements of data strategy, data governance and data management should non-profits be considering?

The CEO of GrantBook, Michelle Moore, will share North American non-profit sector practices in the above areas. The event is co-hosted by the Impact Hub, GrantBook and AGBU Armenia through its EU-funded Bridge for CSOs project.
